Ratchet posts fasteners – What are the sizes?

The fasteners are available in the following lengths:

• 45 mm
• 65 mm
• 85 mm
• 140 mm
• 205 mm

The threat diameter on the thickest point is Ø 5.85 mm. The head measures Ø 23 mm.

You can close your bundles at an exact size. Subsequently, the remaining part can easily be cut off to create a custom made product.

The matching clip discs (flat discs) and tubes (binding screw-tube-shaped) are available from stock in one size with an outer diameter of 23 mm. The two products do not differ in application, merely in appearance.

Which materials exist?

Ratchet posts fasteners are available from stock in black and white. The clip discs and tubes for closing the fasteners are also available in black and white.

Other colours are available at request. Please contact us regarding this possibility.

Usage & Assembly

Ratchet posts fasteners are mostly used for bundling rugs and other thick swatches. They are often combined with handles or binding rings.

This fasteners are easily assembled. You lead the somewhat flexible pin through your swatches, close it by pulling a clip disc or tube all the way over the pin until it is tightly fixed against the bundle.

Subsequently, the remaining part of the pin can be cut off. Clip discs and tubes form a permanent connection, so they cannot be easily removed. The clip discs and/or tubes need to be ordered separately from the ratchet posts fasteners.
