Which materials exist?
The product is created of flexible spring steel with or without cap. The fasteners with cap facilitate assembling and at the same time finishing off your product by means of push on fasteners.
Usage & Assembly
This fasteners are used as a clip for various types of axes. They can be placed directly over a smooth axel. There is no need for creating ridges, this would even weaken the connection. Spring steel push on fasteners clamp itself around the axel and can therefore not be disassembled without breaking it.
The product is usually assembled by means of pliers or a tube. They form a very strong connection and are therefore used in several industries such as health care, automotive and in various machines or building constructions.

How does the push on fastener fix itself to the axel?
Push on fasteners are made of spring steel, which clamps itself tightly around the axel. The push on fasteners can only be shoved over the axel in one direction. Sliding back is not possible.
