Eyelets – Usage & Assembly

A flat eyelet is mostly used for finishing off paper since the ring will not extend far over. Other eyelets are used for a large variety of applications such as folders, suitcases, textile and shoes.

A ring with washer is ideal when working with thinner materials such as textile since the washer will prevent the ring from easily tearing from the material.

All eyelets, both with and without washer, can be assembled by means of various presses in combination with matching tooling.
