Neodymium magnets
Neodymium magnets are available in two types. Disc shaped neodymium magnets are most suitable for locking presentation suitcases among others.
The high quality magnets can be selected per diameter, thickness and tractive force. Another type is magnetic tape which is available per roll or in pre-cut pieces.
Magnetic tape does not possess the same strength as neodymium magnets and is therefore more suitable for the lighter presentation materials such as flyers or cards.

What are the sizes of the neodymium magnets?
Neodym magnet discs are available in several sizes. The discs can be ordered separately or as a set. In our webshop you will find magnets of various diameters, thicknesses and strengths. For other sizes, please contact us.
Self adhesive magnetic tape is available per roll in 12.5, 19 or 25 mm wide. The magnetic tape in our webshop is 1.5 mm thick. Should you wish for other sizes, please inquire about the possibilities. We can also pre-cut the tape in pieces of any size.
Neodymium magnets – Which materials exist?
Our single Neodymium magnet discs are nickel plated. The magnets available as a set are self adhesive and therefore consist of a magnetic side and an self-adhesive side.
Self adhesive hook and loop fasteners are equipped with ATA glue which is resistant against various plasticizers and suitable for almost every surface. We can also supply sewable or HF weldable hook and loop fasteners. Please contact us for the exact sizes.
Usage & Assembly
Neodymium magnet discs are ideal as a lock for your presentation suitcase among others. They can both be used in a blind assembly as well as on already finished products.
Magnetic tape is mostly used on finished products. The self adhesive side can be fixed to many smooth surfaces.

Card holders, also called magnetic clips, are available in several varieties, such as card clips, memo clips or double memo clips. The plastic, transparent clips are equipped with a magnet disc for easy fixation to for example an iron board.

What do the different strength sizes indicate?
The magnet strength is indicated with for example ‘N40’. This represents the magnet’s strength quality. The rule is; the higher the number, the stronger the magnet. Another important factor is the size of the magnet. It becomes the bigger the stronger, in which size is even more important than quality.
Is magnetic tape also made from neodymium?
No, magnetic tape is made from another material which is made magnetic.
I need a very strong magnet, which one should I order?
When you need very strong magnets the best choice would be the Neodymium magnets. These are stronger than magnetic tape. Furthermore, it is important to choose a magnet with a high strength size. Thirdly, a larger magnet is stronger than a smaller magnet.
